Heritage Pacific are a major urban development company creating landmark master planned communities like Forest Ridge at Narangba, Bridgeway at Kallangur, Rivers Edge in Eatons Hill and the prestigious Genesis in Coomera

Project Scope:

The Genesis project was originally intended to be powered by privately owned electricity network and lighting in line with Heritage Pacific's philosophy of building sustaiable communities.

Our response:

Lectel collaborated with Heritage Pacific and negotiated with the local Council, Energex and the Queensland government in establishing the issues associated with the private network on public property. Lectel provided advice on the requirements of Energex assets and maintenance of 11kv networks including easement requirements peculiar to the project.

Outcomes:

The decision was eventually made by Heritage Pacific to revert back to traditional Energex network for this project . Lectel subsequently provided a preliminary design and a concept plan of the 11KV network up front to energex for approval and designed the early works to enable stage one electrical design to be completed
