Stockland group are one of Australia's largest urban development companies and owners of the prestigious North lakes master planned community approximately 25KM north of the Brisbane CBD

Project Scope:

Stockland have had increasing enquiries from their clients about telecommunications infrastructure and availability of technology services particularly for their industrial precinct MIBA. Stockland required some expert advice on what telecommunications services are currently available or planned for the future to provide their potential clients with accurate information and assurances on availability. This included items like broadband access, mobile phone coverage and fibre optic installations.

Our response:

Lectel operations manager Peter Berry managed the project seeking information from Telstra, Country Wide, Optus, Vodafone and Australian Communications Authority. A preliminary report was drafted outlining existing infrastructure, detailing mobile and wireless broadband coverage and providing valuable information on developing telecommunication technologies and terminology.
