Lectel wishes to position themselves as a major player in Australian Street lighting projects.  With a number of massive projects set to kick off over the next few years particularly in Queensland. 

These projects are of a scale where they are beyond the resources of a 2 man operation.  They will require the resources of a larger group with greater drafting and technical support.
